Beehive Ovens

I design, construct, and restore authentic beehive baking ovens for the home. These are miniaturized versions of the big restaurant pizza ovens that I build, and they can cook and do everything as well as their big brothers. They range in size from 3' to 4' in diameter, and they can be finished with brick or stucco, as shown below.
These backyard ovens are great for home entertaining, on the patio or by the pool. Do chicken barbecues in them, or roast salmon on an oak board. Food cooked in this way is delicious, and because there is no door in the way, you can watch your food cook. It's great entertainment! Every brick oven I create is handmade and unique, and is built on site to your custom specifications. My crew and I will travel anywhere to build an oven for you.
